EXERCISE AND FITNESS CLASSES <br />WALKING <br />Come and exercise by walking in the new Community Center gymnasium. This gym gives plenty <br />of room to really get your heart pumping! Great aerobic workout! <br />When: Wednesdays and Fridays <br />Time: 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. <br />Dates: Begins January 4 and on-going <br />Fee: $12.00 / for 24 punch card or $1.00 per time at the door <br />SENIOR EXERCISE <br />You don't need to be a senior citizen to participate in this program - but the exercises are <br />especially geared for seniors who wish to keep their muscle tone and flexibility to help guard <br />against fails and to sustain agility. <br />When: Mondays and Thursdays <br />Time: 8:45 - 9: 45 a.m. <br />Dates: Begins January 4 and ongoing <br />Fee: <br />BEGINNING LINE DANCING <br />A great aerobic workout, line dancing is fun and envigorating. You will learn to move to music, <br />Iearn basic line dancing steps and enjoy the challenge of completing a song with line dancing. No <br />need for partners, line dancing is a perfect way to dance in a group, individually. This is a challenging game that keeps a person in good shape. Single and double play will <br />be scheduled.
