This garden would be built for the purpose of honoring all Mounds <br />View Lions that have passed away while serving in the Mounds View Lions Club. <br />This garden will have a couple of layers with flowers and small bushes and rock. The area needed <br />for this design would be approximately 15 Feer by 30 feet. This garden would also need to be hooked into <br />the current aeragation system so that the plants could get watered when the park's water system would be <br />activated, <br />We would be more than willing to provide a layout plan of this garden for you to view if you <br />should decide that the Lions could do this. <br />Thea plan would call for us to designs and build the garden this fall, before winter would set in so <br />that the garden can settle over the winter. The planting of greenery and installing water lines would be <br />done in Spring 1999 with a ceremony to follow shorty there after. <br />The Mounds View Lions would pay far all equipment used and the nook up of water lines. if <br />approved any help from the city such as use of equipment for moving dirt or hauling would be greatly <br />appreciated_ <br />I look forward to your response. <br />4inc ly, <br />J� <br />Ste n S.
