TOURNAMENT FEES: (SEE POLICY FOR USAGE OF ATHLETIC FIELDS) <br />A. <br />$50.00 per day per field ($100.00 for Non-residents, <br />and business not located in Mounds View) $ <br />B. <br />$100.00 clean-up/ damage deposit $ <br />C. <br />$40.00 MRPA/USSSA sanctioning fee $ <br />D. <br />$50.00 deposit for keys checked out $ <br />E. <br />Use of Silver View Picnic Shelter - $20.00 for residents= <br />& $50.00 for non-residents $ <br />F. <br />Food Concession permit $25.00/ tournament/ site $ <br />G. <br />$4.00 per bag of chalk. $ <br />H. <br />$15.00 per hour for use of City Hall Field Lights $ <br />I. <br />$25.00 for use of chalker $ <br />J. <br />$25.00 for use of metal fence drag $ <br />TOTAL AMOUNT DUE $ <br />AMOUNT REFUNDABLE: $ PAID BY: CASH CHECK - # <br />
