Services are to be rendered in <br />the customary phase which together with the general understandings applicable to our <br />relationship with you are set forth in the Agreement. Your particular responsibilities are also <br />set forth in the Agreement. <br />This Supplemental Letter Agreement and the Agreement represents the entire understanding <br />between you and us in respect to the project and may only be modified in writing if signed by <br />both of us.
