The Park and Recreation Commission is referred to herein as "the Commission". <br />(1988 Code §34.01) <br />405.02: MEMBERSHIP; OATH; COMPENSATION: <br />ers: The Commission shall consist of nine (9) members <br />Subd. I. Appointment of Memb <br />appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the majority of the Council. Oath of Office: Everyappointed member shall, before entering upon the <br />discharge of their duties, take an oath that they will faithfully discharge the duties of <br />their office.
