After reviewing the proposal I have great concerns and <br />reservations . While I am a great proponent of Community Center use for the <br />residents of Mounds Views and with talking with other business associates the <br />atmmosphere of the Banquet Center guests will be an issue for us. Most of the <br />business associates have offered the following information when I asked about <br />skat&oardeis. There is a heavy increase in graffiti and the perceived negative image <br />of tli ;,.skateboarding following.
