75 <br />Employee Acknowledgement of Receipt of Personnel Manual <br /> <br /> <br />The Personnel Manual describes important information about the City of Mounds View <br />and I understand that I should consult the City Administrator regarding any questions not <br />answered in the policy. Since the information, policies, and benefits described in the <br />Personnel Manual are necessarily subject to change, I acknowledge that revisions to the <br />Manual may occur. All such changes will be communicated in writing through official <br />notices and I understand that revised information may supersede, modify, or eliminate <br />existing policies.
