<br />*City of Mounds View* <br />DOT Drug -Free Workplace Policy 2020 Version 17 <br /> <br />ACKNOWLEDGEMENT <br />Driver s must sign an acknowledgement form (a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br />hereof) after receiving a copy of this Policy and prior to testing. <br /> <br /> <br />RESERVATION OF RIGHTS <br />This Policy supersedes and revokes any other Company practice or policy relating to the use of drugs <br />and alcohol in the workplace and drug and/or alcohol testing. The Company reserves the right to <br />interpret and administer this Policy, and at any time and at its sole discretion, amend or change this <br />Policy, in whole or in part, with or without notice. This Policy automatically incorporates any changes <br />to DOT or FMCSA regulations (49 CFR, Parts 40 and 382) or related regulations or statutes that <br />govern the use of drugs and alcohol by employees who hold a CDL and drive a CMV. This Policy is <br />not an express or implied contract of employment nor is it to be interpreted as such. Additionally, this <br />Policy does not in any way affect or change the status of any at-will employee. Nothing in this Policy <br />is a promise or guarantee or should be construed as a promise or guarantee that the Company will <br />follow in any particular circumstances any particular course of action, disciplinary, rehabilitative or <br />otherwise. <br /> <br />
