RESOLUTION NO. 9260 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING SEVERANCE FOR KEITH CZARNECKI, POLICE OFFICER <br />WHEREAS, Keith Czarnecki has retired as Police Officer for the City of Mounds View; <br />his last day of employment was March 20, 2020; and <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with the Mounds View Personnel Manual, Mr. Czarnecki is <br />required to contribute 100% of his vacation hours to the Retirement Health Savings Plan and <br />65% of his sick leave hours will be deposited into his Retirement Health Savings Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Czarnecki's balance of accrued and unused vacation is 37.64 hours and <br />his sick leave balance is 7.70 hours; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Czarnecki's rate of pay upon resignation was $42.39 per hour. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approves <br />severance to Keith Czarnecki consistent with the Section 3.47 and 3.45 of the Mounds View <br />Personnel Manual as follows: <br />Hours Hourly rate <br />Payout <br />Vacation Hours 37.64 $42.39 <br />$1595.56 Into RHSP <br />65% of Sick Leave 7.70 $42.39 <br />$ 326.40 into RHSP <br />Total Severance: <br />$1921.96 <br />Adopted this 13th day of April, 2020. <br />Carol A.
