6. Entire Agreement; Modifications. This document contains the entire agreement between the parties regarding <br />User's use of the City Property. No modifications to this Agreement are valid unless reduced to writing and <br />signed by both parties. <br />The parties have entered into this Agreement as of the Effective Date. <br />USER: <br />By: <br />Its: <br />Date: <br />2020. <br />Is] 11C I <br />By: <br />Its: City Manager/Administrator/Clerk <br />Date: 2020. <br />14IN=1Z69=de]►10111Is] ZK <br />User shall comply with all of the following conditions: <br />(a) The City Property must be kept free of garbage and hazards to the public. <br />(b) User shall work in good faith with City to address issues, concerns, and changing circumstances regarding <br />its use of the City Property and make adjustments to the Particular Uses as required by City. <br />(c) If User holds an on -sale liquor license and liquor will be served or consumed on the City Property, User shall: <br />(1) Place markers or signs as needed to clearly delineate to Customers the outdoor area, including any <br />portion of the City Property, in which liquor may be consumed.
