RESOLUTION NO. 9280 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CHICKEN/DUCK KEEPING LICENSE FOR <br />PA HAOU SHASKY, 2256 LOIS DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, the City Council passed Ordinance 903, which amended Chapter 701 <br />of the Municipal Code to provide limited and controlled raising and keeping of chickens <br />and/or ducks on properties zoned R-1, Single Family Residential; and, <br />WHEREAS, Pa Haou Shasky has submitted an application with site plan and the <br />appropriate fees to keep and raise chickens on her property located at 2256 Lois Drive; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Staff has reviewed the application and it appears to meet all <br />requirements set forth in Ordinance 903; and <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with Ordinance 903, initial applications shall be <br />considered by the City Council after holding a public hearing which was held June 8, <br />2020; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve a Chicken/Duck Keeping License for Pa Haou Shasky for no more than <br />eight chickens or eight ducks or a combination of both; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this license is effective from June 9, 2020 to <br />December 31, 2021 and shall be renewed annually. <br />Adopted this 8t" day of June, 2020. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Theft/lo+rids Vib,w Vision <br />A Thriviiag Desirable COR munitV <br />Carol A.
