In general, the Council approved an offer to Doll ($20,000), with <br />an option to obtain his own appraisal if to counter ours (he has received our appraisal). The offer letter was <br />both mailed and hand delivered on April 21st. <br /> <br />Additionally, during the Council’s April 21st meeting, the Council considered cost participation related to ROW <br />acquisition costs, determining that the developer will pay all costs, and it will not be assessed back to all <br />benefiting properties (e.g. Developer + Doll & Holl). The Council did consider arguments for and against, at <br />length. The Council understands the uniqueness of this project, in that the “developer” is the participating 12 <br />property owners, and that some of them intend to build in the new subdivision. <br /> <br />The City’s next step is to obtain a Development Agreement, then Feasibility Report.
