Twenty-six households attended. In summary, a number of <br />property owners (not all) are working with a developer to redevelop the wooded area in the middle of <br />the block, bordered by Ardan Ave (north), Long Lake Rd (east), Sherwood Rd (south), and Eastwood Rd <br />(west). The development would include up to 14 new single-family homes, according to the submitted <br />sketch plan. <br /> <br />The intent of the Neighborhood Meeting was to provide transparency, and an opportunity for people to <br />ask questions and provide opinions. This project has been on-again and off-again for ten years or more. <br />There were many opinions expressed, both for and against the project. <br /> <br />As requested, included with this mailing is: <br /> <br />• Aerial photo of affected areas, shown at the meeting <br />• Sketch plan of the proposed development, shown at the meeting <br /> <br />The Wetland Site Assessment, discussed at the meeting may be downloaded from the City’s website (25 <br />pages). Until an application has been made for development, there are no planned public meetings, <br />and no additional information available other than what has been provided.
