RESOLUTION NO. 6705 <br /> <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br /> Authorizing the Purchase of Financial Software <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to upgrade the current general ledger, payroll, capital asset, accounts <br />payable, utility billing, and central receipting software; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City received three proposals to provide the software, conversion of data, and staff <br />training; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the finance staff has reviewed the proposed costs and services to be provided; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Tyler Technologies InVision software had the lowest proposed cost and was <br />recommended by staff and discussed by the City Council during a work session. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View that <br />the finance staff is authorized to purchase the financial software proposed by Tyler Technologies for <br />a price not to exceed $63,613. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 9th day of January 2006. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> __________________________ <br /> Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />__________________________ <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator
