Item 05B <br />Page 2 of 9 <br /> <br />Financial Impact: <br />N/A <br /> <br /> <br />Summary <br />The applicant proposes to tear down their home and detached garage, and build a new home <br />with an attached garage, requiring a CUP for an oversized garage. <br /> <br />A Public Hearing is scheduled for the April 27th City Council meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />Staff recommends approval of the Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission is requested to consider the following options: <br /> <br />1. Resolution 1118-20, approving the Conditional Use Permit <br /> <br />2. The Planning Commission may choose to deny the Conditional Use Permit, with Findings. <br /> <br />3. Table the request. If additional information is needed before a decision can be rendered or <br />if more discussion is needed, the Commission can table the request until such information <br />has been provided.
