RESOLUTION NO.9307 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CHICKEN/DUCK KEEPING LICENSE FOR <br />LAURA WAKE WIESNER, 8250 KNOLLWOOD DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, the City Council passed Ordinance 903, which amended Chapter 701 <br />of the Municipal Code to provide limited and controlled raising and keeping of chickens <br />and/or ducks on properties zoned R-1, Single Family Residential; and, <br />WHEREAS, Laura Wake Wiesner has submitted an application with site plan and <br />the appropriate fees to keep and raise chickens on her property located at 8250 <br />Knollwood Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff has reviewed the application and it appears to meet all <br />requirements set forth in Ordinance 903; and <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with Ordinance 903, initial applications shall be <br />considered by the City Council after holding a public hearing which was held September <br />28, 2020; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve a Chicken/Duck Keeping License for Laura Wake Wiesner, 8250 <br />Knollwood Drive, for no more than eight chickens or eight ducks or a combination of both; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this license is effective from September 29, <br />2020 to December 31, 2021. <br />Adopted this 28th day of September, 2020. <br />ATTEST-, <br />k-Seal) <br />The Mounds View Vision <br />A Thricin.
