RESOLUTION 9319 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AUTHORIZING THE REFUND OF LICENSE FEES FOR BUSINESSES <br />FORCED TO CLOSE DURING THE STAY-AT-HOME ORDER <br />WHEREAS, the Coronavirus has had a dramatic economic impact on businesses <br />in general; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council had provided some relief in the form of license <br />reductions to those businesses that were forced to shut down as a result of the Stay -At - <br />Home order; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to provide additional assistance by <br />refunding the balance of license fees for the affected businesses. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council authorizes the Finance <br />Director to process refunds of license fees for those businesses that were required to <br />shut down because of the Stay -At -Home executive order as detailed in the attached list. <br />Adopted this 12t" day of October, 2020 <br />Carol A.
