City of Mounds View 1 2040 Comprehensive Plan MUMS VIEW <br />DRAFT September 21, 2020 <br />Imo__ <br />Chapter 7: Implementation i. <br />INTRODUCTION --- -_ <br />This Chapter is intended to address the Metropolitan Council's Checklist of <br />Minimum Requirements regarding Implementation, unless otherwise <br />addressed previously in this Plan. This Plan is not intended to sit on a shelf! <br />and collect dust, but to be continuously used as a reference and long-term <br />1.
