(1988 Code §71.01) <br />907.02: CONNECTION WITH SYSTEM REQUIRED: <br />Subd. 1. Existing Buildings: Any existing building for human habitation or in which a toilet or other <br />plumbing facility for the disposal of human waste is installed and located on property adjacent to <br />a sewer main, shall be connected to the Municipal sanitary sewer system. <br />Subd. 2. New Buildings: All new buildings constructed within Mounds View shall connect to the <br />sanitary sewer system for the disposal of all sanitary wastes.
