That a sewer connection permit be taken out so that the <br />cost of inspection will be recovered. The Mounds View resident will apply for <br />said permit through the Mounds View Village Office and the Village Office will <br />obtain said permit from the City of Fridley. The City of Fridley will pursuant <br />to the above conditions, permit the above named properties in the Village of <br />Mounds View to connect to the municipal sewer system of the City of Fridley. <br />This agreement shall be perpetual, subject to the above conditions. <br />Monies due for the privilege of connecting to the <br />existing City of Fridley sewer system shall be paid before construction is <br />commenced or connections made. <br />The City of Fridley shall be responsible for the <br />maintenance of the sanitary sewer lateral located in the above described <br />streets and shall be responsible for the disposal of sewage introduced into <br />said lateral. <br />This agreement shall be binding and effective upon the <br />approval of the respective councils of the City of Fridley and the Village <br />of Mounds View. <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the contracting parties hereto have <br />caused this agreement to be executed in their behalf by the proper officers who <br />have been duly authorized to sign on behalf of the municipalities and have caused <br />their corporate seals to be affixed as of the day and year first above written. <br />In Presence of: <br />AL) <br />(SEAL) <br />THE CITY OF FRIDLEY <br />By <br />BYQAVJy,rn JQ. <br />THE VILLAGE or MOUNDS VIEW <br />By <br />By w� <br />
