1301.05 <br />1301.05 <br />Subd. 3. Conditional Uses: The City shall only allow structures that are not elevated on fill <br />or flood proofed according to Sections 1301.05, subdivision 2a and 2b of this Chapter <br />and or any use of land that does not meet the standards in Sections 1301.05, <br />subdivision 2c and 2d as a conditional use. An application for a conditional use permit <br />shall be subject to the standards and criteria and evaluation procedures specified in <br />Sections 1301.05, subdivision 4 and subdivision 5 and 1 in 1301.10, subdivision 4 of this <br />Chapter, those standards and procedures set forth in Title 1100 of the City Code and <br />elsewhere in the City Code. <br />City of Mounds View <br />
