1303.07 <br />1303.07: SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS: <br />1303.07 <br />Subd. 1. PERMIT APPLICATION: To obtain a permit, the applicant shall first file an <br />application on a form furnished by the City for that purpose. Every such application <br />shall: <br />a. Identify and describe the work to be covered by the permit for which application is <br />made. <br />b. Describe the land on which the proposed work is to be done by legal description, <br />street address or similar description that will readily identify and definitely locate the <br />proposed building or work. <br />C. Indicate the purpose of the proposed work. <br />d. Be accompanied by plans, diagrams, computations and specifications and other data <br />as required in subdivision 3 of this Section. <br />e. State the valuation of the work. <br />f. Create a land disturbance plan as required by subdivision 3 of this Section. <br />g. Be signed by the permittee or authorized agent. <br />h. Give such other data and information as may be required by the City. <br />Approximate start date and anticipated date of completion. <br />City of Mounds View <br />
