The Plan must include a copy of intercommunity service agreements <br />As noted in Section 4.2, there is one <br />entered into with an adjoining community, or language that <br />active intercommunity service agreement <br />confirms the Council's understanding that the communities <br />with Fridley. The City is working on <br />reimburse each other for the municipal wastewater charges that <br />intercommunity service agreements with <br />each will incur by receiving flow from the adjacent community, <br />the other communities and will supply <br />including a map of areas covered by the agreement. The Metropolitan Council does not make any <br />adjustments to Mounds View wastewater volume allocation for any <br />intercommunity flow exchanges. <br />
