The map has been submitted as <br />with the systems. <br />both a pdf and shapefiles. <br />Section 4.3 notes that Chapter 907 of the <br />City Code (Appendix E) requires that all <br />existing buildings adjacent to a sewer <br />main and all new buildings shall be <br />connected to the City sewer system, at <br />which point any existing septic system <br />will be pumped and filled. <br />Forecasts <br />Comment <br />Response <br />Development and Redevelopment Staging <br />The Plan provides a proposed forecast revision in Table 1-1. Council <br />staff and the City discussed this forecast revision in May 2019 and <br />agreed to a forecast that matches that shown in Table 1-1 and <br />shown below for reference (see table in incomplete letter) <br />Chapter 2 of the Plan describes and inventories land supply for <br />future development and redevelopment. The Plan identifies 87 acres <br />Table 2-3 and Figure 2-3 have been <br />that could be redeveloped during 2020-2040 (Table 2-3). Most of the <br />adjusted to account for the forecast <br />new housing capacity is associated with the supply of mixed use <br />revision and this comment. Staging now <br />residential land: 194 housing units are possible during 2020-2030 if <br />accommodates the growth forecast for <br />the identified sites are fully redeveloped with mixed use residential <br />the 2020-2030 decade. <br />projects; an additional 363 housing units are possible during 2030- <br />2040 (Table 2-3). The new 2021-2030 Affordable Housing <br />Need numbers are: 27 units at <=30% AMI, 11 units at 31-50% AMI; <br />21 units at 51-80% AMI; 59 units total. The information in Table 3-7 <br />is obsolete and must be revised. <br />
