This investigation is <br />ongoing. <br />Case Update: <br />In February 2020, the Ramsey County VCET Unit conducted a narcotic investigation into a Drug <br />Trafficking Organization operating in the Twin Cities. A traffic stop was conducted in which over 30 <br />pounds of methamphetamine was recovered. The investigation continued over the course of the <br />following months. In August 2020, with the assistance of the Ramsey County VCET Unit, the Phoenix DEA <br />conducted numerous search warrants in which numerous individuals were arrested and found in <br />possession of more methamphetamine. Those individuals were later extradited from Arizona to <br />Minnesota to face federal narcotic trafficking charges. In total, six individuals have been indicted and <br />charged, some of which have pled guilty and others on the verge of pleading guilty. <br />Large amount of Meth seized with links to Mounds View <br />
