This review often results in necessary additions, deletions, adjustments <br />or Increases. <br />Discussion: In addition to City Staff, the City Council, at their November 2, 2020, work <br />session reviewed the draft 2021 Fee Schedule with no further revisions suggested. As <br />shown in Attachment A, proposed revisions in red strike -through are deletions and <br />those in blue underline are additions or modifications. <br />Since the Council work session on Monday, Community Development has added the <br />following revisions to the proposed 2021 fee schedule (highlighted in yellow): <br />Zoning Permits No Surcharge) <br />Patio/Deck 30" and under. or not attached $30 <br />Driveways; Sidewalks, Parking Lots; Patios (no permit required far sealcoating or overlays without <br />expansion.
