City against the Property of the costs of such installation of sanitary sewer or water <br />service lines, mains, or laterals by the City in the future if deemed necessary by the <br />City. In the event that water or sanitary sewer service becomes available to the <br />Property from the City, the City agrees that it will work with the current owners of <br />the Property in order to determine whether connecting the Property to the City's <br />sanitary sewer or water service is necessary given the circumstances at that time. <br />5.
