Reports of Staff <br />November 19, 2020 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />G. Tires N More <br />The Tires N More building has been purchased by Caliber Drywall/ Donnelly Stucco. They have 8-10 employees in <br />the office and they are currently renovating the building. They expect to open December 1, 2020. The Simon’s <br />building and adjacent EDA lot are still for sale. There has been some inquiries for a small multi-family structure but <br />nothing serious to date. (Demo work inside Tires N More) <br /> <br /> <br />H. Arepa Bite <br />The Popeye’s franchise has pulled a demo permit for the old Arepa Bite restaurant building. It is expected that <br />opening won’t occur until the first quarter of 2021 unless the renovation is completed earlier than expected. <br /> <br />I. Snyder’s Building <br />Tommy’s Car Wash purchased the old Snyder’s Pharmacy earlier this year and demolished the building. The <br />project is moving forward slowly due being delayed earlier this summer to obtain underground plumbing permits <br />and inspection. There is no indication of a target opening date. <br /> <br /> <br />J. Filipino Village <br />The old Snap Market is now the Filipino Village Grocery Store. Their target date to open is October 25, 2020. <br /> <br /> <br />K.
