The Commission also removed number nine and added 9) Snap <br />Market Redevelopment. <br /> <br />Review EDC Bylaws <br />Chair Farmer informed the Commission that each year in February the EDC reviews its <br />Bylaws. Commissioner Freichels asked that staff review the EDC resolution from <br />November 2019 to see if the Bylaws have been updated to reflect the new meeting date <br />from the third Friday to the third Thursday each month and to ensure language that <br />addresses that the EDC will meet, “as needed”. If a change is warranted, staff will <br />prepare a resolution for the next EDC meeting. If the change has already been made <br />then no action is needed. There were no further comments. <br /> <br />7. REPORTS OF STAFF <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Beeman stated that most of the project updates were <br />provided to the Commission earlier in the meeting. Therefore, unless the Commission <br />had specific questions there are no further updates. <br /> <br />Mounds View Business Council <br />Beeman reminded the Commission that the next Mounds View Business Council <br />meeting will be held at the Mounds View Community Center March 4, 2020 form 7:30 – <br />9:00 a.m. Police Chief Nate Harder will be the presenter and he will bring the Police <br />dogs. All members and Mounds View businesses are encouraged to attend. <br /> <br />8. REPORTS OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Helgemoe provided an update on the Twin Cities North Chamber of <br />Commerce upcoming events. There were no other Commissioners updates. <br /> <br />9. NEXT REGULAR EDC MEETING <br /> <br />Chair Farmer reminded the Commissioners that the next EDC meeting will be held <br />March 19, 2020 as needed. <br /> <br />10.
