RESOLUTION NO. 9339 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A RECRUITMENT PROCESS FOR <br />ICE RINK ATTENDANTS AND APPROVING THE JOB DESCRIPTION <br />WHEREAS, Council recommended approval of the City operating a Park and <br />Recreation Department during their October 12, 2020 meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, staff is requesting to fill up to 12 part-time seasonal positions to begin <br />mid -December 2020; and <br />WHEREAS, Ice Rink Attendants will work at Hillview and Lambert Parks; and <br />WHEREAS, the hourly wage will be $12.00 per hour; and <br />WHEREAS, a job description has been created for the seasonal Ice Rink Attendant <br />position. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council <br />Authorizes a Recruitment Process for Ice Rink Attendants and Approves the Job <br />Description as shown in Exhibit A (attached). <br />Adopted this 9th day of November, 2020. <br />P dw I <br />Carol A.
