Thursday, November 12, 2020, City Council Agenda. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Meehlhause. To Approve the Thursday, November 12, 2020, agenda <br />as presented. <br /> <br />A roll call vote was taken. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />5. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS <br /> A. Resolution 9334, Canvassing Election Results of the 2020 Election. <br /> <br />Human Resources Coordinator Ewald requested the Council adopt a Resolution that would <br />Canvass Election Results for the 2020 Election. She reported staff received the abstract of votes <br />cast in the precincts in the City of Mounds View as compiled by the official return. As of Tuesday, <br />November 3rd a total of 7,068 people voted on Election Day in Mounds View. She reviewed the <br />election results reporting Carol Mueller was reelected Mayor, Gary Meehlhause was reelected as <br />Council Member and Theresa Cermak was newly elected as Council Member. She requested the <br />City Council certify these election results. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Hull/Meehlhause. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 9334, <br />Canvassing Election Results of the 2020 Election.
