RESOLUTION NO. 9338 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING EXECUTION OF LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW AND RISE INC. <br />WHEREAS, RISE Inc. has been leasing space at the Mounds View Community <br />Center under an agreement with the YMCA; and <br />WHEREAS, the current agreement terminates on December 31, 2020 and the <br />agreement between the City and YMCA terminates in early January; and <br />WHEREAS, RISE Inc. wishes to continue renting space at the Mounds View <br />Community Center; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View appreciates and supports the services RISE <br />Inc. provides. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />recommends adoption of Resolution 9338 authorizing staff and Mayor to execute lease <br />agreement with RISE Inc. for a two year least agreement specific to space at the Mounds <br />View Community Center. <br />Adopted this 9th day of November, 2020. <br />(A'LIA�ee.�Z'�" <br />Carol A.
