MOUNDS VIEW <br />City of Mounds View Staff <br />Item No: 961 b <br />Meeting Date November 23, 2020 <br />Type of Business: Reports of Staff <br />Administrator review: <br />To: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From: Rayla Sue Ewald, Human Resources Coordinator <br />Item Title/Subject: COVID Related Issues — Employee Related Impacts <br />Staff who are either 1) showing COVID symptoms, or 2) have come in contact with a person who tested <br />positive for COVID; are requested to self -quarantine for 14 days. These employees are using the Families <br />First Coronavirus Responsibilities Act (FFCRA) 80 hours of time to pay for their sick leave.
