ORDINANCE NO.973 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MOUNDS VIEW MUNICIPAL CODE <br />ADOPTING CERTAIN RULES OF THE RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT <br />REGARDING STORMWATER MANAGEMENT <br />THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Title 1100 of the <br />Mounds View Municipal Code to add a new Chapter 1130 as follows: <br />CHAPTER 1130 <br />WATERSHED DISTRICT RULES ADOPTED <br />SECTION: <br />1130.01: Rules Adopted <br />1130.02: Incorporation; Conflicts <br />1130.03: Severability <br />1130.01: RULES ADOPTED: <br />Subd. 1. Stormwater Management Plans: The City of Mounds View hereby adopts by <br />reference, and as may be amended, the Rice Creek Watershed District Rule C related to <br />Stormwater Management Plans. Applications related to stormwater management plans <br />will be reviewed by the Local Governing Unit (LGU) in accordance with the Rice Creek <br />Watershed District Rule C. <br />Subd. 2. Erosion and Sediment Control: The City of Mounds View hereby adopts by <br />reference, and as may be amended, the Rice Creek Watershed District Rule D related to <br />Erosion and Sediment Control. Applications related to the modification or alteration of <br />erosion sediment control will be reviewed by the Local Governing Unit (LGU) in <br />accordance with Rice Creek Watershed District Rule D. <br />Subd. 3. Floodplain Alteration: The City of Mounds View hereby adopts by reference, and as <br />may be amended, the Rice Creek Watershed District Rule E related to Floodplain <br />Alteration. Applications related to the modification or alteration of floodplains will be <br />reviewed by the Local Governing Unit (LGU) in accordance with Rice Creek Watershed <br />District Rule E. <br />
