7. The City Council's actions may be appealed thru BWSR. BWSR's actions may be appealed <br />through the Minnesota Court of Appeals. <br />8. Monitoring and inspection of WCA permits will be performed by Stantec and City Staff. <br />Enforcement of WCA will be conducted by DNR conservation officers and/or the Mounds <br />View Police Department. <br />Strategic Plan Strategy/Goal: <br />Maintain and plan for infrastructure improvements including waste water, water, & <br />transportation. <br />Financial Impact: <br />The City's cost to administer the program is intended to be reimbursed through application fees <br />and escrows. <br />Summary <br />In order for the City to assume LGU authority of the Wetland Conservation Act, the City must <br />approve a Resolution to assume authority, and notify the Minnesota Board of Water Resources <br />of this decision.
