CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Chair Dennis Farmer called the meeting to order at approximately 7:30 a.m. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Chair, Dennis Farmer, Vice Chair Dan Larson, Commissioners, <br />Jim Freichels, Gary Stevenson, Lisa Marquis, Gary Rundle, & <br />Members Absent: Jason Helgemoe <br />Staff Present: Assistant City Administrator, Brian Beeman <br />Meeting Attendees: Gary Meehlhause, Nyle Zikmund <br /> <br />4. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 19, 2020 AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion/Second: Commissioner Freichels moved and Commissioner Rundle seconded <br />the approval of the November 19, 2020 EDC agenda. <br /> <br />Motion Carried: 6 Ayes, 0 Nays <br /> <br />5. APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 20, 2020 EDC MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion/Second: Commissioner Rundle moved and Commissioner Stevenson seconded <br />the approval of the February 20, 2020 EDC minutes as amended. <br /> <br />Motion Carried: 6 Ayes, 0 Nays <br /> <br />6. EDC BUSINESS <br /> <br />Recommendations For New Commissioners <br />Assistant City Administrator Brian Beeman reviewed the four EDC applicants. Chair <br />Farmer informed the Commission that he is also serving on the Planning Commission <br />and would like to step down to allow a new EDC applicant to sit on the Commission. <br /> <br />Motion/Second: Commissioner Larson moved and Commissioner Rundle seconded the <br />motion to recommend to the EDA Lisa Marquis for reappointment to the Business <br />Representative and Donn Lindstrom for the Resident Representative. <br /> <br />Motion Carried: 6 Ayes, 0 Nays <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
