CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Chair Dennis Farmer called the meeting to order at approximately 7:30 a.m. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Chair, Dennis Farmer, Vice Chair Dan Larson, Commissioners, <br />Jim Freichels, Gary Stevenson, Lisa Marquis, Gary Rundle, & <br />Jason Helgemoe <br />Members Absent: N/A <br />Staff Present: Assistant City Administrator, Brian Beeman <br />Meeting Attendees: Gary Meehlhause <br /> <br />4. APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 20, 2020 AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion/Second: Commissioner Freichels moved and Commissioner Larson seconded <br />the approval of the February 20, 2020 EDC agenda. <br /> <br />Motion Carried: 7 Ayes, 0 Nays <br /> <br />5. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 16, 2020 EDC MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion/Second: Commissioner Stevenson moved and Commissioner Rundle seconded <br />the approval of the January 16, 2020 EDC minutes as amended. <br /> <br />Motion Carried: 7 Ayes, 0 Nays <br /> <br />6. EDC BUSINESS <br /> <br />Business Property Redevelopment Opportunities <br />Assistant City Administrator Beeman reviewed each of the redevelopment sites, current <br />projects, and potential future redevelopment sites. Beeman also reviewed the EDC’s <br />most significant accomplishments since its inception. <br /> <br />Review 2020 EDC Priorities <br />Chair Farmer informed the Commission that each year the EDC reviews its priorities for <br />the year. Assistant City Administrator Beeman reviewed some of the suggested <br />additions for the 2020 EDC priorities. The Commission discusses each priority and <br />agreed to make the following changes. Under priority 1) remove the word Development <br />and add g) Western Bank lot, h) Steven’s Appliances Redevelopment, i) Retail mixed- <br />use at the Movie Theater. Under item 6) add, “monitor Long Lake Woods Infill <br /> <br />
