The City will evaluate its zoning requirements relating to <br />promoting vs. hindering affordable housing, such as standards for density vs. <br />usable open space, height limitations, and parking standards. The City has used, <br />and will continue to consider issuing conduit debt, and tax increment financing for <br />affordable housing.
