RESOLUTION NO. 9358 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />SETTING AND APPROVING THE 2021 CITY COUNCIL MEETING, COUNCIL/STAFF <br />RETREAT AND TOWN HALL MEETING DATES <br />WHEREAS, the City's Charter states that the City Council shall meet regularly at <br />least twice monthly as they may designate by ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Code states that regular meetings of the City <br />Council shall be held on the second and fourth Mondays of every month; and <br />WHEREAS, EDA meetings are traditionally held on the same days as the City <br />Council just prior to the regular Council meetings on the second and fourth Mondays of <br />the month; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has traditionally scheduled Work Sessions on the <br />first Monday of the month; and <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with City Code, these meeting dates have been <br />scheduled as shown in Exhibit A; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has scheduled the 2021 Council/ <br />Staff Retreats and 2021 Town Hall Meeting as shown in Exhibit A. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />does hereby establish the official City of Mounds View City Council meeting calendar for <br />2021 as shown in Exhibit A. <br />Adopted this 14th day of December 2020. <br />Carol A.
