RESOLUTION NO.9368 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH NORTHEAST YOUTH AND <br />FAMILY SERVICES FOR 2021 CALENDAR YEAR <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has been partnering with Northeast Youth <br />and Family Services (NYFS) since at least 2002; and <br />WHEREAS, NYFS provides highly effective and cost efficient mental health and <br />youth diversion services; and <br />WHEREAS, the NYFS board includes representatives from the partnership cities. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View authorizes expenditure of $26, 656 for services and $25,000 for the <br />Community Advocate position for a total of $51,656 and enter into a partnership <br />agreement for calendar year 2021. <br />Adopted this 14th Day of December, 2020. <br />C� <br />Carol A.
