RESOLUTION NO. 9355 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING A THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE LICENSE <br />RENEWAL FOR ERIC RAUTIO, 8373 GROVELAND COURT <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View City Code requires that massage therapists be licensed <br />in the City of Mounds View and that the license be renewed annually; and <br />WHEREAS, in 2017, Eric Rautio, owner of Eric Roy Massage, 8373 Groveland <br />Court, was issued an enterprise therapeutic massage license for Eric Roy Massage and <br />an individual massage therapy license for himself by the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, Eric Rautio is applying to renew those licenses for 2021; and <br />WHEREAS, Eric Rautio has a satisfactory criminal background check report by <br />the Mounds View Police Department; and <br />WHEREAS, Eric Ratio is current with his property taxes and Mounds View <br />water/sewer bill. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that a Therapeutic Massage Enterprise <br />License and an Individual Therapeutic Massage License be renewed for Eric Rautio, Eric <br />Roy Massage, 8373 Groveland Court. <br />2021. <br />BE IT FURTHER BE RESOLVED that these licenses will expire on December 31, <br />Adopted this 14t" day of December, 2020. <br />Carol A.
