RESOLUTION NO. 9360 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY PROPERTY TAX LEVY <br />REQUEST FOR FISCAL YEAR 2021 <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Economic Development Authority (the "EDA") has <br />requested that the City of Mounds View levy a tax for the benefit of the EDA pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes 469.107, Subdivision 1; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mounds View approved resolution 9309 <br />approving a preliminary levy of $100,000 on behalf of the EDA on September 14, 2020. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View hereby gives final approval for the collection of a levy for the benefit of the economic <br />development activities within the community in fiscal year 2021 in the amount not to exceed <br />$100,000, which amount shall be included in the City's levy. <br />Adopted this 14t" Day of December 2020. <br />Carol A.
