Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Mounds View <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Mounds View, Minnesota, was duly held via teleconference in said City, on Monday, December <br />14, 2020, commencing at 6:30 o'clock P.M. The teleconference was held in accordance with <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 13 D.021. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />The Mayor announced that the next order of business was consideration of the proposals <br />which had been received for the purchase of the City's $6,140,000 General Obligation Water <br />Revenue Bonds, Series 2020A. <br />The City Administrator presented a tabulation of the proposals that had been received in <br />the manner specified in the Terms of Proposal for the Bonds. The proposals were as set forth in <br />Exhibit A attached hereto. <br />After due consideration of the proposals, Councilmember <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. <br />MU210-280-685657.v1 2 <br />
