binding general obligation of the City in accordance with its terms, have been done, have happened <br />and have been performed in regular and due form, time and manner, that prior to the issuance of <br />this bond the City Council of the City has provided funds for the payment of principal and interest <br />on the bonds of this issue as the same become due, but the full faith and credit of the City is pledged <br />for their payment and taxes will be levied, if required for such purpose, without limitation as to <br />the rate of amount; and that this bond, together with all other indebtedness of the City outstanding <br />on the date of its issuance, does not exceed any constitutional, statutory or charter limitation of <br />indebtedness. <br />This Bond is not valid or obligatory for any purpose or entitled to any security or benefit <br />under the Resolution until the Certificate of Authentication hereon has been executed by the Bond <br />Registrar by manual signature of one of its authorized representatives. <br />(The remainder of this page is intentionally left blank.) <br />B-3 <br />MU210-280-685657.v1 <br />
