MOUNDS, VIEW <br />Item No: 06A <br />Meeting Date: Dec 4, 2019 <br />Type of Business: Other Planning Activity <br />City of Mounds View Staff Report <br />To: Mounds View Planning Commission <br />From: Jon Sevald, Planner <br />Item Title/Subject: Resolution 1109-19, Recommending Appointments to the <br />Mounds View Planning Commission <br />Introduction <br />The Mounds View Planning Commission consists of seven city residents who are not elected <br />officials. Commission members are appointed by the City Council based upon <br />recommendations made by the Planning Commission, to three-year terms. The Commission <br />currently has one member whose term expires on December 31, 2019. <br />The City solicited applications from the public to serve on advisory commissions, including the <br />Planning Commission. The City received two applications for the Planning Commission by the <br />November 12th deadline.
