The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Title 1100, Chapter <br />1105, Section 1105.02 of the Mounds View Municipal Code by deleting the stricken material and <br />adding the double -underlined material as follows: <br />1105.02: ZONING MAP: The location and boundaries of the districts established by this <br />Title are hereby set forth on the Zoning Map entitled Zoning Map of Mounds View, dated May 1, <br />1980, and as amended from time to time thereafter. Said Map is on file with the City <br />Administrator, and is hereinafter referred to as the "Zoning Map", which Map and all of the <br />notations, references and other information shown thereon shall have the same force and effect as <br />if fully set forth herein and is hereby made a part of this Title by reference. <br />SECTION 5. The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Title 1100, Chapter <br />1112, Section 1112.03, Subdivision 5 of the Mounds View Municipal Code by deleting the stricken <br />material and adding the double -underlined material as follows: <br />Subd. 5. Temporary open or outdoor services, sales and rental as an accessory use and <br />including sales in or from motorized vehicles, trailers, or wagons, subject to the following: <br />a. The activity shall not continue for a period greater than ten (10) consecutive days or <br />for more than three (3) ten (10) day periods per year. Permit periods must be <br />separated by a minimum of thirty (30) days. <br />b. Notwithstanding Article 13, Section 7 of the Minnesota Constitution, aA permit <br />issued by the City shall be obtained prior to commencing the activity if otherwise <br />required by Title 500. <br />c. A permit will not be issued without the written consent of the property owner. <br />d. The sales area shall be grassed or surfaced to control dust. <br />623264v1MU210-54 <br />
