The Planning Commission is <br />requested to consider the following options: <br /> <br />1. Approve Resolution 1128-21, Recommending Approval to Amend the PUD Narrative, to allow Drive- <br />thru Restaurants as an Allowed Use on Lot 3, Block 1 of Anthony Properties (e.g. Theater parking <br />lot). <br />2. Recommend Denial of the Resolution, with Findings. <br />3. Table the Request, if additional information is needed before a Recommendation can be made. <br /> <br /> <br />Application Accepted: Dec 21, 2020 <br />60-Day Deadline for Action: Feb 19, 2021 <br /> <br />The City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, January 25, 2021 at 6:30 PM.
