RESOLUTION NO. 9382 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING VACATION CARRYOVER EXTENSION <br />FOR CERTAIN POLICE DEPARTMENT AND PUBLIC WORKS <br />PERSONNEL <br />WHEREAS, the Coronavirus pandemic interrupted all lives; and <br />WHEREAS, many City staff vacations were placed on hold during the year 2020 <br />due to the pandemic; and <br />WHEREAS, four employees have excess vacation to carry over into the year 2021; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, each of the four employees are valued members of our team and the <br />extenuating circumstances caused the situation to occur. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council <br />authorizes a vacation carryover extension for the following Police Department and Public <br />Works Personnel, with the time to be used by December 31, 2021: <br />Department <br />Employee <br />Hours <br />Police <br />Alex Aase <br />25.00 <br />Police <br />Brian Schultes <br />16.00 <br />Police <br />Benjamin Zender <br />8.00 <br />Public Works <br />Chris Atkinson <br />10.16 <br />Public Works <br />Pete Szurek <br />15.67 <br />Adopted this 11t" day of January, 2021. <br />Carol A.
