If the <br />office buildings are constructed in advance of the theater use, parking at a <br />ratio of 1 space per 250 square feet shall be provided. <br />(5) The number of parking spaces required for the restaurant and retail sites <br />shall be based on the approved developmnent stage plan and the exact use <br />determined at the time of building permit review, based on ordinance <br />requirements. Restaurant and retail uses shall be self-sufficient and shall not <br />require use of theater parking. <br />6.
