Officer Wodnick has <br />been employed by the City for three (3) months (hired October 4, 2020). Attached is Resolution 9383, <br />which authorizes severance to Officer Wodnick in accordance with the City's Personnel Manual. <br />Discussion <br />Section 2.12 of the Personnel Manual indicates that employees who resign shall be compensated for any <br />accrued and unused vacation and compensatory time hours. Employees with less than two (2) years of <br />service are not eligible for payout of sick time hours.
